All sales are final on OYSTER KIDS merchandise.
If you've ordered or have received the wrong size, we'll be happy to exchange your shirt for the correct size in the same style, within 30 days of placing your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping cost, and should send the merchandise to the return address on the packing slip.
If you have received defective merchandise, please email: [email protected] and we will have your item replaced ASAP, once we receive the defective merchandise back at our warehouse.
Order Cancellation: Because shirts are made to order, all orders normally go into production within a few hours after it is placed, if you'd like to check if we can still cancel your order, please email: [email protected]
